Encumber Indirect Costs toggle now available in the following pages:
- Fund Detail and Fund Summary
- Transaction Report
- Updated the Fund Manager Financial Importer error message when an upload file contains an incorrect number of columns. If this error occurs, verify that your file matches the Financial Importer template. Only the External ID column is optional.
- Updated Fund Review so transactions remain editable after Mark as Reviewed is selected. The Mark as Reviewed button remains disabled until one or more transactions are added or modified for that month. Learn more about Fund Review.
- Updated the Cost Transfer Needed or Fund Review Needed email notification to send only when Mark as Reviewed is selected and one or more transactions have a Review Needed status.
Resolved
Fund Manager
- Resolved an issue where changing a Fund Manager forecast's load option to SIBAR2 - Encumber Salaries by Individual w/Acct in Ref2; Benefits by Acct did not update the forecast preview or load windows.
- Copying a transaction into a fund now resets the corresponding month's Fund Review status to In Progress and re-enables Mark as Reviewed so newly added transactions can be reviewed.
- FM Global Admins are no longer restricted by chartstring security, regardless of the configuration.
- Made accessibility improvements to the Fund Dashboard.
Project Effort
- The Account Summary [EM003] report now correctly respects the Allow Viewing Money role setting. Note: If a user has multiple roles, they will only be fully prevented from viewing this report if the Allow Viewing Money is set to False for all assigned roles.
- Resolved an issue with incorrect calculations for actuals under Institutional Funds when using multiple cost share sources.
