Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced
- A new Fund Review Audit Report lets Global Admins view tracked changes to Fund Details. Please note: Audit records are captured going forward and do not include changes made prior to this release.
- When building Compensation Projections, the list of available Object Codes is now filtered by the Object Set of the selected fund.
- Previously, Object Codes from all Object Sets appeared in a single list, making selection more difficult.
- This new filter applies only to Compensation Projections; support for Non-Compensation Projections will be added in a future release.
- Financial Imports Updates
- The Financial Importer now displays an import summary showing at the bottom indicating how many transactions were added or updated in the import.
- External ID now updates existing transactions instead of creating duplicates.
- Transactions can now be searched by External ID on the Fund Detail page.
- Fund Review Updates
- The Mark as Reviewed button is now disabled until all transactions have a valid review status. The button must be selected to update the fund status to Done.
- An optional Notes column has been added to the Fund Review Detail table for adding notes during transaction review.
Resolved
- The Beginning Balance column has been removed on the following grouping rows: Cost Center, Org, Program, Flex1, Flex2 .
- The Person search in Compensation Projections has been improved for better performance and accuracy.
