Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced: Chartstring
- A Chartstring Audit Trail report can now be run by FM Global Admins. The report allows them to view any Chartstring security data that was changed and see who changed it. The report can be filtered by date range or user.
- When a user tries to select an inactive dropdown while managing Chartstring permissions, a yellow warning message will now be displayed indicating the following: Only a Fund or an Org Unit may be selected. Remove the current selection to proceed.
New and Enhanced: Dashboards
- The Fund Dashboard - Quick Look has been updated to show the Fund Type Name instead of the Fund Type Code.
-
For clarity, enhancements have been made to how distribution fields are displayed in the Personnel section:
- Distributions not matching current or future dates now display as "none" instead of "N/A".
- Distributions with valid dates but no corresponding personnel limits display as "no access" instead of "N/A".
- People are now displayed in the Personnel section based on actual paid data, even without Current or Future Distributions assigned.
Resolved
Issue: Users were unable to delete mappings between Funds and Org Units after selecting both on the Chartstring page, as per implemented logic.
Resolution: The functionality has been enhanced to allow users to delete mappings when editing a Chartstring page that contains both Fund and Org Unit selections. Now, when a user selects edit and both a Fund and Org Unit are available:
- The Org Unit can be removed by the user.
- The system will set the Org Unit to "no limit" upon removal for more flexible data management.
