In some troubleshooting situations, Support may ask you to clear your browser's cache and cookies. This removes stored website data that may be causing issues.
- Log out of all Cayuse applications.
- Open your browser's Clear Browsing Data or Clear History settings.
- Select the option to clear Cookies and Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
- Choose All Time (or the equivalent option).
- Complete the clear process.
- Close and reopen your browser, then sign back in to Cayuse.
