Changing a treatment plan can be done from within an active case.
- In the side menu on the dashboard, click Active Cases.
- Click on the plus sign next to the correct room, and then click on the number of the open case.
- On the Case Management page, click Change Plan within the Table of Contents.
- On the Change Plan screen, click Change Plan. Confirm you want to cancel the old case and create a new case by clicking Yes in the dialog window.
You will be brought to the Overview screen where you can create your new case.
Please note: When changing a plan, any activities that are on the calendar but not yet completed will be deleted and new activities will be created based on the change plan activity schedule. It is a good idea to make sure today’s activities are completed before changing the plan and then schedule all the new activities to start as of tomorrow. This will avoid confusion if you have some activities associated with the case that were completed today and some that were not.
