Once you have finished building your template, you will need to publish it in order for users to create a submission. There can only be one published version of each submission type, but there is no limit to non-published templates.
Finding Your Template
- From the menu, click More, and then click Submissions beneath Templates.
- On the Manage Submission Templates page, scroll down to find your template and click on the name to open it.
Within Template Details, you will see a list of selectable revisions and a row of action items:
- Edit: Templates will have one revision upon creation. Editing a template that has already been published will create a new, unpublished revision of the template. Please note: If any users have started draft submissions, they will need to start over with a new submission to get the latest revisions.
- Delete: To preserve the template's revision history, you cannote delete any revision that has already been published.
- Publish: The selected revision will be published. A published revision is read-only, and no additional changes can be made. Publishing the new template will replace the current published template.
- Preview: Displays how the revision will look to end-users.
- Export: Downloads selected revision as an .etemplate file. You can import a saved template when creating a new template.
