Proposals (S2S) Admins: Accessing NIH Rates in Proposals

Cayuse Proposals has pre-populated the 2019 Training Grant amounts from NOT-OD-19-036 for use within the PHS 398 Training Budget. These rates can also be manually updated by an administrator.

Accessing NIH Training Rates

  1. From your dashboard, click on More.

  2. Beneath Sponsor Information, click on NIH Training Rates.

Here, you will see the rates for the current year. You can also manually update this page for use within the PHS 398 Training Budget by editing the fields and clicking 2018-11-30_11-18-33.png at the bottom of the form.

Refreshing Sponsor Rates within a Proposal

After a proposal has been created, you can refresh sponsor rates within the PHS 398 Training Budget.

Please note: Normally, sponsor rate values should not be changed for the life of the grant.

  1. Click on the Proposals tab.

  2. Beneath PHS 398 Training Budget, click on Sponsor Rates.

  3. Click on 2018-11-30_11-22-39.png. Confirm that you want to refresh sponsor rates within the pop-up by clicking OK.

The new sponsor rates will now be reflected within the proposal.
