Opportunities in Cayuse Proposals are downloaded from Grants.gov on request by a user of the system.
If everyone can download opportunities, users will have the opportunity they need, when they need it. Although Opportunity lists may become long if anyone is allowed to download opportunities, the search function makes it easy to find what you need. Cayuse recommends that anyone be allowed to download opportunities.
Only Admins can delete downloaded opportunities, but you may choose whether only SysAdmins can do this, or if Pre-Award admins are also included.
