Analysts and administrators can create checklist templates for submissions. When creating a submission, users must check off the items on the checklist to make sure that their submission meets their institution's guidelines.
There are two types of checklist templates: Analyst Checklist and Reviewer Checklist. If no checklist is published for a user type, the Show Checklist button won't appear on a submission.
Creating a Checklist Template
- From the menu, click More, and then click Checklists beneath Templates.
- On the Manage Checklist Templates screen, click on .
- Enter a title for the template, and use the drop-down menu to choose whether the template is for Analysts or Reviewers.You can also enter an optional description for the template.
If you have exported a checklist template from another Human Ethics environment, you can import it by clicking . - Click to create the template. Your new template will appear under Non-Published Templates.
Once you have created your template, you can begin to build it by clicking Edit.
