COI System Administrator
  • Schedule annual campaigns
  • Send ad-hoc disclosures
  • Manage rules
  • Assign reviewers
  • Modify/submit disclosures
  • View reports
  • Assign roles

COI Disclosee

Please note: If a user does not already have this role, it is automatically added when a Sponsored Projects proposal is routed and a COI disclosure task is created.
  • Modify/submit disclosures
  • Received annual campaign emails
COI Reviewer
  • View, comment on and certify disclosure forms
COI Primary Reviewer
  • Dedicated first reviewer to receive the Disclosure Form when using auto-assignment
