Publishing a Disclosure Form

Once you have finished building your disclosure form, you can publish it so the form is available for researchers.

Publishing the Disclosure Form

1. Finish building your form.
2. To save all changes, click Save in the top right-hand corner of your screen. The Publish button will then activate. Click Publish to publish your template. 
   
   
   
3. Click Confirm.
