As a system administrator, you may need to view previous versions of the disclosure form, or even revert to a previous version.
Viewing Revisions
- In the menu, click on More, and then click on Form Manager.
- Click on Disclosure.
- In the top right-hand corner, click on Revisions.
Now, you can use the right-hand side of the revision screen to toggle between revisions.
Reverting to Another Revision
To revert to another revision, click Restore this revision in the right-hand side of the revision screen.
Click Confirm to revert.
