Detailed Release Notes
Enhanced: Fund Manager
- Fund Dashboard date calculation and Quick Look general UI updates were made to the dashboard to ensure consistency across the application.
- The following security updates have been applied to the Transaction Report:
- Transactions with Object Type ‘S’ and ‘F’ can only be viewed by users with Salary role access (excluding Salary and Fringe).
- Users without Salary access will see the following in Restrictions: “You do not have access to view Salary and Fringe Transactions due to your security restrictions.”
- The following security updates have been applied to the Personnel Report for Salary Access Role Users:
- The Report will limit the salary information a user is able to see based on the Personnel Limit-by Restrictions. These restrictions can be sent through an import template via SFTP or entered manually in the User Management Security Feature.
- The following new template for importing this security data can be found in the Cayuse Community>Fund Manager and Project Effort Dictionaries and Templates:
Security_ Personnel_Limit_By_YYYYMMDD.csv Template and Dictionary and can be found in the Cayuse Community.
Enhanced: Dashboard
- Date calculation and Quick Look general UI updates were made to the dashboard to ensure consistency across the application.
Fixed: Effort
- When transactions for a single fund totalling zero were imported into Effort, results did not display properly and caused a Critical Exception error. We have resolved this issue and all transactions will show in the detail area with the Fund showing on the Summary with a zero dollar amount and percentage.
