New and Enhanced

Platform

• Added an optional Force Re-Authentication setting for SAML SSO configurations to:
  • Require users to sign in with their identity provider each time they log in to Cayuse. This prevents automatic attempts to resume a previous user session, which fail if the previous user on a shared device had already logged out. 
  • Support shared-device and hot-seating scenarios where multiple users access Cayuse from the same browser on a shared device such as a tablet used for monitoring. 

This setting is disabled by default. Administrators with the IT Administrator role can enable it from the SAML Configuration page by toggling the button on. Enabling this option does not impact active user sessions. 

HR Connect Bulk Upload

• Enhanced Ad Hoc Team and Trainings & Certifications bulk upload functionality now supports:
  • Columns in any order
  • Optional columns omitted or left empty
  • Employee ID as an alternative to Username for Ad Hoc Team and Trainings & Certifications uploads
  • Blank rows ignored during upload
  • Improved handling of Boolean values
  • Ability to clear non-required fields via upload
  • Saving valid records while reporting row-level errors
  • Detailed error reporting with consistent validation messages

Admin

• Added a new Trainings tab for creating, and managing training and certification types. Training types were previously managed from the ‘Manage Trainings and Certifications’ page under the ‘More’ menu. The new tab includes:
  • A People view for reviewing training and certification records by individuals
  • Filtering and search capabilities to help locate records
  • Direct navigation to user profiles

• Improved the experience for managing external organization requests:
  • Requested organizations now open in a simplified pop-up window
  • Approvers can choose to either view the organization profile after approval or return to the requests list to continue reviewing requests

My Profile

• Updated the COI Disclosures page in My Profile with improved search and sorting.

Resolved

• Resolved an issue that caused occasional login errors after signing out of certain Cayuse products.
