Upload Order
Not all files are required, however, the files you choose to upload must be uploaded in the following order:
• People and Users
• Ad Hoc Teams
• Ad Hoc Team Assignments
• External Organizations - should contain all current and potential sponsors, subrecipients, and organizations with whom your institution has worked with in the past. You will be able to add to the list in the future.
• External Associations
• Org Units - root institution, schools, campuses, departments, etc.
• Internal Associations
• Fringe Rates
• Role Assignments - the Cayuse roles and permissions each user will have.
• Training Types
• Trainings & Certifications
