Within Cayuse Outside Interests, researchers can request that an External Organization be added to your institution's database so that they can reference the organization on their disclosure form. As an administrator, you will need to approve these External Organizations.
Approving External Organizations
- In the menu, click on More and then click on Manage External Org Requests.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the External Organization you wish to approve.
- On the edit screen, adjust the organization name (if needed) and add a Primary Code (mandatory). You can also add an Acronym and Secondary Code.
- Click Approve and Save.
- Once the External Organization is approved, you can toggle switch to Yes to allow researchers to use the External Organization on their disclosure form.
