Detailed Release Notes

New and Enhanced: General

• When a person is deleted from Admin, their team associations are now removed to ensure team records reflect only active members. Learn more about deactivations.
• Updated the External Org upload endpoint and documented the new .CSV format. Learn more here about the updated endpoint.
• Made general accessibility improvements.

Updated: HRC

• The following HRC updates apply to External Orgs, Fringe Rates, and External Associations uploads. All HRC updates can be found in this article.
  • Columns in the .CSV file can be in any order.
  • Uploads can be processed even if optional columns are missing.
  • Blank rows in the .CSV file are ignored during upload.
  • Yes/No values in Boolean fields are now processed correctly.
  • Optional fields can be set to blank values through .CSV upload.
  • Optional columns not included in the file will not overwrite existing values.

• The following HRC updates apply to External Orgs or Fringe Rates uploads, as specified.
  • External Org: Column headers for uploads are no longer case sensitive.
  • External Org: Leaving a value blank in an included column will remove the existing value; if a column is not included, the value will not be changed.
  • External Org: Updated field character limit:
    • Person External Association Title = 255.
  • Fringe Rates: Leaving a value blank in a non-required column will remove the existing value in Cayuse.
  • Fringe Rates: The Unit Name field is no longer required.
  • Fringe Rates: Updated field character limits:
    • Username = 255
    • Title = 255
    • Category = 20.
