This article explains how to view, approve, deny, cancel (or undo) PTO. This can only be done in the PTO Calendar. Note that in Daily Planning, it can only be logged.
Instructions
- Open the PTO Calendar from the Home page. The tile will show if there are any pending requests from staff.
- Find the PTO record and click on it to edit it.
- Change the Status field as needed, e.g. Approved.
- Edit additional fields (if needed) and Click Save.
To undo an accidental Log PTO, change the status to Cancelled and click Save.
