You can use a code such as NX, NC, or NCE.

- Click on Budget Periods, and click on the edit icon next to the period you wish to label.
- Beneath Proposal Type, use the drop-down menu to select the new code you created for No Cost Extension.
- Click Save.
Filtering for No Cost Extensions
You can find your No Cost Extensions by using the Filter function. Click on the Budget tab, change your Proposal Type to your No Cost Extension code, and click Search.
