Upon creating a grant record, you will only need to enter information required for grant creation. However, there are many fields that you can add or modify once the record has been created.
Modifying a Grant Record
- Click on Grants in the top right-hand corner.
- Use the search bar or the Filter & Report feature to find the grant record in need of modification.
- Click on the proposal number.
- Toggle between all modifiable fields by using the menu on the left-hand side.
- Modify grant data by clicking the appropriate buttons on the right-hand side of the screen.
These buttons may prompt you to either add or edit a record.
