As an administrator, you can grant records within Cayuse Grants.
Creating a New Grant Record
- Click on Grants in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on .
- In the new window, enter the requested information into the provided fields. Click .
New Grant Fields
- Proposal#+: Enter a proposal number. The will auto-generate a number if you do not already have one assigned to the proposal to enter manually.
- Grant Status: Available grant statuses may include: Active, Cancelled, Follow up, Hold, In Process, Not Funded, Pending, Terminated, and Withdrawn.
- Title: Enter a name for the grant.
- Key Personnel that is Financially Responsible+: Clicking on will allow you to enter an individual who is not already in the system (personal identifier, first name, last name, email, and phone). You can use the drop-down menu to select an individual who is already in the system.
- Key Personnel Type: Choose the role type of the Key Personnel. Upon selecting a role type from the drop-down menu, the role type code will appear in the field.
