If you need to find a subcontract, you can do so from your Project Dashboard.
From your dashboard, browse for the subcontract by clicking on the numbers by the subcontract. categories.
You can also search for the subcontract using the provided Search box.
Subcontracts can be searched by the following:
- Subcontract Number: allows you to search by partial number
- Admin Unit: allows you to search a complete list of all available units within your institution.
- FFATA Report Required: allows you to search by selecting a Required or Not Required radio button.
- Organization: opens up a separate dialogue window where you can keyword search for any organization within your institution's database.
Once you find the subcontract, click on the subcontract number to view the Subcontract Administration screen.
