In Cayuse SP, Projects are containers that hold associated proposals, awards, accounts, and subcontracts, making it easy locate records.
If you need to find a project, you can do so from your Project Dashboard.
From your dashboard, you can browse for the project by clicking on the numbers by the project categories.
You can also search for the project using the provided Search box.
Projects can be searched by the following:
- Project Number: allows you to search by partial number.
- Lead PI: opens a separate dialogue to search for users within your institution's database.
- Project Title: allows you to search by partial title.
- Admin Unit: opens a separate dialogue allows you to search a complete list of all available units within your institution.
- Sponsor: opens a separate dialogue window where you can keyword search for any sponsor within your institution's database, or search for projects with no sponsor.
Once you find the project, click on the project number to view the Project Administration screen.
