As an administrator, you have the ability to manage attachment permissions, delete and upload attachments, and mark attachments as final.
Attachment Permissions
Changing the permissions on attachments can be done from administration screens for proposals, projects, awards, accounts, and subcontracts.
- Navigate to the administration screen and click on the paper clip tab.
- Find the attachment you want to change permissions on. Click on the link beneath Access.
- In the new window, click the check boxes next to the individuals you want to give permissions to. Click Update.
Deleting and Uploading Attachments
Adding an Attachment:
- Beneath the attachments tab on the administration screen, click .
- Select and open the attachment you wish to add.
- Using the document type drop-down menu, select the document type of your attachment.
- Click .
Deleting an Attachment
- Beneath the attachments tab on the administration screen, find the attachment you wish to delete.
- Click on to the right of the Access column.
- Click to confirm deletion.
Marking Attachments as Final
On the Award and Project Administration screens, you can mark an attachment as Final, which signifies that this is the final version of the document. Users with read-only permissions cannot mark the attachment as Final.
To mark an attachment as Final, navigate to the attachments tab on the Project or Award Administration screen, find the attachment, and click on the check box beneath the Final column.
Click in the dialogue box to confirm finalization.
