In Cayuse SP, users can upload attachments from multiple attachment points, and admins have the ability to view and search for attachments via their Project Dashboard. They can also configure document types by contacting Cayuse Support.
Searching for Attachments
Admins can search for any attachment from their Project Dashboard.
- From your dashboard, use the Search drop-down menu and click on Attachments.
- Once the attachment search fields appear, input your search criteria. The Document Type drop-down allows you to filter by attachment type, such as abstracts, amendments and click Search.
The search results will show a list of uploaded items meeting your search criteria. The attachment names will include the file type. All columns (except for Access) are sortable by clicking on the column header. The results screen will show 100 records at a time. Navigate among pages of results using the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the attachment name to download the attachment.
Viewing Attachments on Administration Screens
Attachments can be viewed on administration screens for projects, proposals, awards, accounts, and subcontracts.
- From your dashboard, use the search box to search for the project, proposal, award, account, or subcontract you wish to view. Click .
- Click on the number for the item you wish to view.
- Once on the administration screen, click on the paperclip tab. You will see a list of attachments connected to your project, proposal, award, account, or subcontract.
- Click on the attachment name to download the attachment.
