After a Proposal has begun the routing process in SP Classic, a Paired Proposals (S2S) proposal can no longer Un-Paired.
However, as an Admin, a Proposal can be taken back to the Unsubmitted status without negatively impacting the Proposal Record.
In order to do this:
- Go to the Proposal Admin page of the Proposal you want to Un-Pair.
- Click on the current status of the proposal:
- Make a note of what the current status is.
- Select the top status. By default, this is called 'Unsubmitted':
- Go into the Proposal. On the General Info page, you should be able to Un-Pair the Proposals (S2S) record.
- Go back to Proposal Admin, and set the status back to what it was previously.
