Form Update
- Added support for the ED Supplement v4.1 form.
Enhanced
- Improved fringe calculations so calendar fringe rates apply to combined academic/summer salaries, preventing fringe fields from showing $0.
- Added validation to ensure all attachment names in a proposal package are unique.
- Added SciENcv validation for NIH proposals. Users will see a warning when uploading a non-SciENcv biosketch or current & pending support form in Proposals S2S. The warning does not prevent upload and does not yet appear in final validation.
