Form Updates
- Added support for the USDA Project Narrative v1.0 form.
- Updated the ED 524 Budget form to v1.5.
Enhanced
- Updated the Executive Level II salary cap to $225,700, as outlined in NIH Notice NOT-OD-25-085 (published April 3, 2025).
- Updated default NIH stipend and training rates to reflect the recently published values in NIH Notice NOT-OD-25-105.

Fixed a date mismatch in the SP 4.0–Proposals S2S integration that caused project start and end dates from SP 4.0 to appear one day later in Proposals S2S.
