For the continuity of reporting in SP 4.0, certain fields are required when building Award, Proposal, or Subaward forms in the Form Builder. Depending on your institution, you are using either the Simplified Form Builder or the Advanced Form Builder. In order to identify the required fields for your form, please first identify your Form Builder in the section below.
Which Form Builder am I using?
If you are using the Advanced Form Builder, your forms look similar to the image below. Each required field will have ID and Short Label fields that must match the text from tables below.
Please note: The short label Project Title is a reserved label and should not be used for any question on any of the forms.
If you are using the Simplified Form Builder, your forms look similar to the image below. Each required field will have Label and Key fields that must match the text from tables below.
