Researchers can upload and attach files when filling out Proposals and Awards. As a Cayuse SP System Administrator, you can configure the allowable attachment types researchers can select from. You will notice some defaults active on the Manage Attachment Types page.
Viewing Attachment Types
- Click on Products, and then click on Sponsored Projects.
- Click on More, and then click on Attachment Types.
- You will see a list of attachment types along with the current status.
Adding New Attachment Types
- From the Manage Attachment Types page, click on Add New Attachment Type.
- Enter an attachment type title into the box, and then click on Save.
Your new attachment type will be automatically marked as Active.
Inactivating Attachment Types
To inactivate an attachment type, toggle the 'Active' button to the left. The status will now show it is 'Inactive'. To reactivate it, toggle the button the other direction.
