Detailed Release Notes

New System Reports Available

• Reviewer Workload Report: This report is available to review board members under the reporting menu and provides the ability to examine the workload of assigned reviewers. It displays a list of submissions assigned to each reviewer, which can be filtered by reviewer name and by completed vs. outstanding assignments.
• IRB Submission Turnaround Time Report: This report is available to review board members under the reporting menu. It generates a list of submissions, including the Process Start Date, Process End Date, Submission Type, Review Type, Study Label, and Principal Investigator. The report can be filtered by submission type and Principal Investigator, and it allows users to identify the total time a submission took from the received date to completion.
• Analyst Workload Report: This report is available to review board members under the reporting menu. It enables the ability to examine the workload of assigned analysts. It displays a list of submissions assigned to each analyst and can be filtered by analyst name and by completed vs. outstanding assignments.
• Studies by Sponsors Report: This report is accessible to review board members who have access to reporting. It lists studies filtered by sponsor and study status, generating a list of studies funded by the chosen sponsors along with their study status. Each listing includes the Study Number, Sponsor Name, Study Status, Study Title, and Principal Investigator.

Resolved

• Fixed a bug that now lets you search for Studies and Submissions using special characters like ';', '&', ',', '%', and more in the Study Title field.
• Archived submissions now display the correct status rather than reverting to a prior status.
