This article explains how to use the Display on Preparation List for Staff feature on activities (aka Prep List). The Prep List gives staff a summary view of the number of cages or equipment they need for the day or next day.
Instructions
- In the Dictionaries > Activities page, edit/add an activity you want to show in the Prep List for staff.
- Check the Display on Preparation List for Staff on the Activity Info tab and click Save.
Now the activity will immediately show in the Prep List for Staff in the My Schedule feature:
