System Admins: Searching Disclosures and Exporting Lists in Outside Interests

As an Outside Interests System Admin, you can search a list of all disclosures by:

• Disclosure Name
• First Name
• Last Name
• Resolution
• Status
• Unit

Searching Disclosures

1. In the menu, click on Disclosures.
   
   
2. Use the search field drop-down menus to narrow down your search results until you locate the disclosure. 
   
   
3. Click on the disclosure name to access the disclosure. 
   
   

Exporting to .CSV

To export your search to CSV, click on the Export List to CSV button in the top right-hand corner.

Please note: The CSV export only includes the disclosures shown on the current page. If your search results span multiple pages, export each page separately.
