When researchers submit a disclosure form, it needs to be assigned for review. Assignment can happen in two different ways:
- A System Admin manually assigns a reviewer
- Auto-assignment is turned on and automatically routes the disclosure form to the COI Primary Reviewer

Manually Assigning a Disclosure as a System Admin
- On your dashboard, you will see a table for unassigned disclosures. Click on the disclosure you wish to assign.
- Beneath My Tasks, click Add First Reviewer.
- In the new window, begin typing the LAST NAME of the reviewer (the search is case sensitiveand must match exactly how the reviewer's name is entered into the system). Select the name from the dropdown menu, and then click Add Reviewer.
- Beneath My Tasks, click Pass to First Reviewer.
The disclosure has now been assigned.
