Adding Assurances and Certifications in Proposals (S2S)

As a Cayuse Proposals Admin, you can add assurances and certifications to an institutional profile.

Adding Assurances and Certifications

1. Click on the Institutions tab.
   
   
2. Click on the name of your institution. You can also search for your institution if you have a list of many.
   
   
3. In the left-hand menu, click on Assurances and Certifications.
   
   
4. Fill in the Human Subjects and Animal Welfare assurance numbers, as well as Health and Human Services (HHS) dates.
5. Click on the save icon in the top left-hand corner.
