Profiles should not be deleted because they contain incorrect information. The profile information can be edited and updated. However, if an individual has left your institution, or if a profile was accidentally created, you may need to delete it.
Deleting a Profile
- Click on the People tab.
- Enter the name of the individual, choose their institution, and click Search.
- Click on the individual's name.
- Click on the delete icon next to the individual's name.
- If the person is connected to a user account, you will receive a notification asking you to confirm that it's ok to unlink the user account. Click OK.
