Viewing Currently Signed-in Users

This area is useful when you are getting ready to disable user access to Cayuse Proposals, usually for maintenance. From the main Admin screen, select View Signed-In Users from the list.

To lock down access to the system, click the link for manage sign-in access, or return to the Admin tab and select Sign-in Management.

  1. Add an explanatory sign-in error message, so users will know when they can log into the system again.
  2. Block regular users from logging in to the system by checking the Non-Admin Sign-in blocking active box.
  3. If there are users logged in, add a system broadcast message suggesting that users log off and set it to be sent frequently.
  4. Wait for users to log off.
  5. Perform maintenance.
