Setting F&A Rate Types for SP 4.0 in Admin

As a Cayuse RS Administrator, you can set the F&A Rate Types that are displayed in the Budget Builder table for reference. To begin, log in to Cayuse Admin.

1. Click on Units.
   
   
   
   
2. Select a method to use in searching for the unit or click on the unit name in the list to open it.
   
   
   
   
3. Once the unit is open, click on Budget.
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll down to the F&A Rate Types section. By default, the F&A Rate Types fields are locked. If you would like to edit the default F&A Rate Types, locate the toggle that says Use info from Parent Unit and toggle it No. The fields are now editable. 

Click Save once you are done making changes.
