As an administrator, you have the option to choose if you'd like your research team to have editing permissions for their individual profiles. Without permissions, your research team will still have read-only access to the information in 'My Profile'.
The following fields will remain locked with read-only access regardless of editing permissions:
- Employee ID
- All fields in Appointment Type section
- User Account & Roles
- Trainings and Certifications
Enabling 'My Profile' Permissions
- Click on Products, and then on Admin.
- Click on More, and then Permissions for My Profile.
- Toggle the switch from No to Yes.
You may disable the permissions at any time by toggling the switch back to No.
