NOTE: Only personnel assigned role Haplo Systems Administrator are authorised to access GEM Standard System Management.
System Management is accessed via the Tools menu in the top bar.
IMPORTANT: With the exception of generating API Keys, System Management should be treated as read-only.
Below are the most common sections that may be of interest from a customer point of view.
Users
Users → Active: Provides a list of all active users in the system. No changes should be made directly to any users here —— changes should always be made in Cayuse Admin.
Users → SRV: These are Service Users made available for integration purposes. E.g. if you want to use the Object API, you can create an API key on user API v0: Object.
Users → Blocked: Users made inactive in Cayuse Admin will show here.
Groups
Lists all available groups in your system as well as members in these groups. Most of these groups are managed in Cayuse Admin, so use this list for observation only.
Usage
Found in section Applications → Tools → Usage, this page provides some high-level information about active users, active sessions (live count), number of objects in your service as well as total file storage.
Audit Trail
Navigate to section System → Audit trail → View audit trail.
Here, you will find a log of user interactions (e.g. logins, edits, submissions) as well as system actions (e.g. emails sent). The trail is searchable by date/time, type, user and item (e.g. an org unit, application, profile, etc).
