Release Summary
Here's a quick overview of the updates in this release:
- Filtering logic prevents duplicate External Organizations (Sponsors) and ensures accurate handling during migration.
- A review option is now available on the Make Decision screen for various closure and withdrawal submissions.
- Board members removed from the board are now automatically excluded from future scheduled meetings.
- Fixed an issue allowing repeated use of the same filter for seamless record searches under Studies and Submissions.

Detailed Release Notes
New and Enhanced:
- Filtering logic has been added to prevent deactivated sponsors from admin showing under IRB to select for adding to studies. This will prevent users from selecting sponsors deleted to still be selected in new studies.
- Added a review option to the Make Decision screen for Study Closure, Admin Closure, Study Withdrawal, and Admin Withdrawal submissions.
Resolved
Issue: Previously, board members removed from the board would still appear in future scheduled meetings, causing inconsistencies and potential confusion.
Resolution: Board members who are no longer on the board are now automatically removed from all future scheduled meetings.
Issue: Users were unable to search for records under Studies and Submissions when applying the same filter multiple times, causing limitations in data retrieval.
Resolution: Fixed the filter restriction to allow repeated use of the same filter, enabling seamless record searches under Studies and Submissions.
