Search and sort functionality is available in both the Active and Inactive program tabs (the search is separate within each tab).
- Search the Fund Round names by using the search bar.
- By default, Rounds are sorted by created date but can be sorted alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) by clicking on the up or down arrow to the right of the following column names: Round, Year, Internal Closing Date, or External Closing Date.
Active Behavior Between Programs and Rounds
- If an active Program also has active Rounds and a user tries to inactivate only the Program, they will see a warning message asking to Cancel or Confirm the action.
- Cancel: Nothing is updated or changed. Everything will remain as it was.
- Confirm: The Program and all active Rounds will become inactive.
- If the Program is ever reactivated again, the Rounds must be manually updated and will not reactivate automatically.
- If a program and all rounds have been inactivated and a user tries to reactivate a single round, then a tooltip will appear prompting them to first reactivate the program and then the round.
