Before Getting Started
Please be advised that modifications to a completed/closed disclosure cannot be made unless the Completed Disclosure Settings have been enabled by your institution. Please contact your COI Administrator for questions or concerns if this functionality is not available on your completed disclosures.
Modifying a Completed Disclosure
- If your COI Administrator has enabled the Completed Disclosure Setting, click My Profile from the landing page.
- Click on COI Disclosures.
- Click the Modify button on the desired disclosure. Please note: Disclosures currently in the review process cannot be modified.
- Modify and update desired areas of the disclosure, then click Submit.
Once submitted, modified disclosure will go through the review process. An email will be sent once the disclosure has been resolved.
Please note: Deleted responses cannot be retrieved once submitted.
