As a researcher, you may need to add an external organization to your disclosure that isn't in your institution's system. When filling out your disclosure form, you can add a provisional external organization for your institution to approve.
Please note: Adding a provisional external organization will not prevent your form from being submitted and routed.
Adding a Provisional External Org
- When filling out your disclosure form, click Find External Organization within the External Org question.
- Use the search box to search for the external organization, and hit Enter when you're done typing.
- If the external organization isn't in your institution's system, the Request External Org button will activate. Click on the Request External Org button.
- Retype the name of the External Organization you wish to add, and click Save.
- Beneath Selected Records, you will see the name of the organization and a
icon next to it. This means that the organization is pending approval. It will not prevent your submission from being routed. Click Save.
