Understanding the Funding Chart

On your dashboard, you will see a Funding pie chart containing different agency types.

The report contains two separate tabs: Active and Pending.

The Active tab represents the sum of the grant Project Total grouped by funding agency type for all Active grants.

The Pending tab represents the sum of the grant Project Total grouped by funding agency type for all Pending grants.

Including a Grant in the Funding Pie Chart

Not all grants are automatically calculated into the funding chart. The grant will be calculated into the funding chart if Dashboard is set to Yes within the grant record.

1. Follow the steps to modify a grant record.
2. Beneath General, click on Edit Summary. 
   
   
   
3. Click on the Yes radio button beneath Dashboard. 
   
   
   
4. Click .

The grant will now be included in the funding and performance calculations on the dashboard.
