The search function within Cayuse Grants can be used to search by proposal number, agency number, account number, key personnel name, and project title. To refine your results further, you can then use the filter function.
Searching Within Grants
On the first page of your grants dashboard, type your search query into the search box. Click the magnifying glass or hit enter to search.
Beneath All Grants, you'll see a list of all records that meet your search criteria.
- Click the X to remove all specified search criteria.
- Use the up and down arrow next to each header to sort by the column.
- Export general information, subcontract detail, or subcontract notification.
- Download the information to a CSV file, or filter the columns you wish to view.
- If your search contains multiple pages, toggle through them using the First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons, or change the number of search results viewable on the page.
Filtering
Click Filter & Report to the right of the search bar.
A menu will appear, allowing you to filter results based on multiple criteria from all of the record tabs.
You can select more than one criteria per field.
View additional tabs by using the down arrow at the end of the tabs list.
When you are finished selecting your criteria, click .
Once a search is performed, the selection criteria are saved in the Recent tab.
