Message Templates allow Analysts and admins to configure the text of system messages, notifications, and emails.
Header & Footer
These optional text fields that can be inserted into the emails sent out from Human Ethics. Empty by default. You can use these fields to insert your institution's logo, a signature line, or any other information that must be included in other email messages. To insert the header or footer into another message template, use the [HEADER] or [FOOTER] variable.
Meeting Messages
- Send meeting agenda with agenda PDF: Email that an Analyst sends to meeting attendees or other recipients by clicking the Send Meeting Agenda button on the Meeting Details screen. By default, the To: field in the template contains the list of all meeting attendees. The Analyst can edit the recipient list when sending the agenda.
Study Messages
- Study expired: Automated message sent to designated members of the research team when their study has expired. Sent to the PI, PC, and Co-PI by default.
- Study expiring: Automated message sent to designated members of the research team x days before the approval for their study will expire. Sent to the PI, PC, and Co-PI by default.
