Human Ethics allows Analysts and Admins to configure the text of the various system messages, notifications, and emails sent out by Human Ethics.
Editing an Email or Notification Template
- From the menu, click More, and then click Messages beneath Templates.
- Use the top menu to choose which type of message you want to edit. Emails are system messages emailed to individuals, triggered when a user performs a certain action within Human Ethics. Notifications are various system messages that users will see in their notification list at the top of Human Ethics.
- Click on the message type you want to edit.
- Edit the message, and click Save. You can also Preview a PDF of the message, or revert the template to previous drafts.
Editable Fields
- Emails:
- Header and Footer - the message body can be edited.
- Meeting, Study, and Workflow emails - the recipients, subject line, and email body can be edited.
- Notifications:
- Certification and System notifications - the message body can be edited.
- Study and Workflow - the recipients and message body can be edited.
