From your Event Inbox, you can add a correspondence, or email, to any Event.
First, search for and click on the event for which you wish to add correspondence.
Adding Correspondence
Click Add Correspondence.
In the new window, fill in your subject, recipient, and the body of the email in the provided fields. The body field is rich text and allows formatting.
Correspondence Options
- Save: Saves the email without sending it. You can return to the saved email from the Workflow screen.
- Preview PDF: Preview the email within its template
- Generate PDF: Generate a PDF of the email in its current state. This PDF will appear as a locked document on the Event screen.
- Send Email: Sends the email to the recipient and generates a PDF of the email.This PDF will also appear as a locked document on the Event screen.
- Close: Close the email without saving.
