From your Event Inbox, you can add notes or attachments to any Event.
First, search for and click on the event for which you wish to add a note or attachment.
Adding a Note
- From the event, click Add Note.
- In the new window, type the note, and click Save.
Your new note will appear beneath the notes section, along with the date and the name of the individual who updated the note.
Adding an Attachment
- From the event, click Add Attachment in the Attachments section.
- In the new window, click Choose File to select a file from your computer. All file types are allowed with the exception of .exe.
- When you have selected your file, click Upload.
The uploaded file will be visible within the Attachments section.
